Ticket delivery

Anyone know how to contact Dark Skies?
I purchased 2 tix online, got my e-mail receipt, but so far no tickets. Today is May 13, i'm getting a little concerned.
The contact link doesn't work on their website.
Any insight?

    I have the same problem. But i am leaving the town my tic is being mailed to tomorrow, and have no way to get it if it comes on tuesday, or wednesday!!!!

    I know in the past we've had a list of everyone who purchased through paypal at gate. I don't see why we won't have the same this time. I wouldn't worry.

      If you bought a ticket, then we have the record of that and we will let you in. No worries.

      If you actually never got your tickets and we did ship them, we will void those tickets out and they will not be accepted. Whomever is in possession of them would then have to pay the gate rate since they are 'lost or stolen' tickets.

      This ticket shipping thing has been very trying, we are working on it for next year. Thanks to all who have supported this event!
